A new ‘must-have’ for private bars is making the rounds: industrial gas canisters labelled Coca-Cola, Martini, Johnnie Walker and more – promising drinks delivered under serious pressure.
Why pour when you can release the valve and let your cocktail come at you with enthusiasm?
Fans say it’s fast, fun and a little bit wild. Critics say it’s less ‘mixology’ and more ‘brace yourself, Sheila’. Either way, it’s certainly one way to get the party flowing… sometimes a bit too forcefully.
