A wonderful time was had at the SAIRAC Johannesburg Centre Christmas in July and AGM dinner on 26 July 2024.

The theme was ‘A Tropical Christmas’ and everyone was encouraged to wear something tropical. There were about 60 people who attended the Holiday Inn Airport.

Gregory Grobelaar, SAIRAC Johannesburg chairman opened the festivities to announce a host of upcoming events with the highlight being the forthcoming Dreotsi Memorial Lecture on 3 September, and delivered his report of happenings over the year – noting the centre’s various technical talks and courses presented, their annual golf day.

Schalk Bezuidenhout provided the entertainment. He is a comedian from Kempton Park, and – as he describes himself – is a household name in all households that know his name.

Many of Johannesburg’s top HVAC&R companies were well represented as well as the SAIRAC Johannesburg committee and officials.
SAIRAC Johannesburg thanks those in the committee who went out of their way to promote the event and to all of those who attended because without their support their efforts would be in vain.
