The challenges facing our industries are real – from skills shortages and energy constraints to evolving environmental expectations – but so too are the opportunities. Across South Africa, confidence is returning, investment is resuming and the focus is shifting from short-term fixes to long-term solutions. Whether we are conditioning buildings or protecting temperature-sensitive goods, the work we do matters more than ever.
What will set leaders apart in 2026 is not scale, but stewardship: how we manage refrigerants, how we train our people, how we design systems for efficiency and resilience, and how we align with global best practice while delivering local value.
