Beijer Ref expands global footprint with latest Australia acquisition

To further diversify its portfolio in Australia, Beijer Ref has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the climate and ventilation solutions company, Armcor.

Per Bertland has informed Beijer Ref’ AB:s (publ) Board of directors that he plans to step down as CEO. The transition will take place when a suitable successor has been found, or during the latter part of 2021 at the latest.
