Today is SAIRAC JHB Golf Day 10 March 2023, a day that will find many of our readers at Ebotse Golf and Country Estate in Benoni.
At this regularly well-attended function, registration takes place from 07h00. Tee-off begins at 9h30 for 10h00. The prize giving starts at 17h30 for 18h00, for those of you who are in it to win it.
There will be no tables or chairs on the sponsored holes and manned banner holes, so you will have to bring your own.
All advertising material/banners for setup at the Ebotse club should already be up but some can still be done today from 06h00. SAIRAC requests you please mark it with your company name and the hole number that you sponsored, if applicable. Ask for John when you arrive at the club.
Sponsoring companies must arrive at the club no later than two (2) hours before tee-off if they require assistance from the club.
Sponsors will only be allowed to travel in and out of the golf course when accompanied by a marshall or the club representative. Branding must be setup and taken down by the sponsoring company and all setups must be complete no later than one (1) hour before tee-off.
The manned banner holes can serve their company branded water and energy drinks at their holes. SAIRAC requests you bring your own ice.
Any company representatives on the sponsored holes requiring lunch or drinks can order from the half-way house on the day and this will be for your own account.
